Who we are

Illuminati Hub is the companion web app of the Illuminati voice assistant, a speaker given by Illuminati Media, Mumbai. You use it to connect your speaker, choose how your assistant talks, and decide where your meeting notes go. Contact: through illuminatiai.tech or your Illuminati Media contact.

What we store

• Your account: name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) password.
• Your speaker: which speaker is paired to you, its settings and whether it is online.
• What you ask the assistant and its replies, your reminders, lists and assistant settings.
• Meetings you record on the speaker: the audio, the transcript and the notes written from it.

Google account data

Connecting Google is optional. You connect it on Google's own Sign in with Google page, and each feature asks for its own permission only when you switch it on:

• Your Google account email (openid, email): to show which account is connected.
• Google Drive, files the Hub creates (drive.file): a folder called “Illuminati meeting notes” with your meeting notes as Google Docs and the recordings. The Hub cannot see any other file in your Drive.
• Google Calendar, reading upcoming events (calendar.events.readonly): the title, time and reminder setting of your events in the next 24 hours, so the speaker rings them. Only the upcoming alarms are kept, and they are removed once they have passed. The Hub never changes your calendar.
• Gmail, sending (gmail.send): to send the emails you ask for from your own address, such as your meeting notes or “email this to Rahul”. This permission cannot read your mailbox.
• Gmail, reading recent emails (gmail.readonly): only when you ask the assistant, for example “any new emails?”, the Hub reads the sender, subject and a short preview of your latest unread emails so the assistant can say them aloud. Emails are not stored.
• Google Contacts (contacts.readonly): to find the email address of a person you name, for example when you ask it to email someone. Contacts are not stored.
• Google Tasks (tasks): to add the action items from your meetings, and to-dos you ask for, to your Google Tasks.

Google data is used only to provide these features to you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. People at Illuminati Media do not read it, except when you ask us to (for example for support), for security reasons, or where the law requires it. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run these features (hosting and database, and, for spoken replies, the AI model and text-to-speech services), under the same rules. Illuminati Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it is processed

The web app runs on Vercel and its database on Turso, both in Mumbai (India). Speech on the speaker is turned into text by our own server, an AI model service writes the meeting summary and the assistant's replies from that text, and a text-to-speech service speaks the replies. Meeting notes can also be emailed to you.

Your choices

• Disconnect Google, or a single Google feature, at any time on My setup in the Hub, or everything at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections. Access stops at once; what the Hub kept for that feature (such as upcoming calendar alarms) is deleted. Files already in your Drive stay yours.
• Delete a meeting in the Hub to remove its audio, transcript and notes from our systems.
• Ask your Illuminati Media contact to close your account and delete your data.
